Get one of the available seats for the Pokémon Special Championship that will take place on June 4 and 5, 2022 at the Mediolanum Forum in Assago (MI) and battle to earn Championship Points valid for the Pokémon World Championships in London!
Entries will take place exclusively online through RK9.gg, a platform used for all major official Play! Pokémon events. Players also need a Player ID, which can be obtained by registering a Trainer Club account on the official Pokémon website.
This Pokémon Special Championship is free and open to players of all ages and countries. There will be 648 seats available for Pokémon Video Game and Pokémon Trading Card Game players, divided into waves.
The first 448 seats will be available on Wednesday, May 11, 07:00 p.m. (CEST), the remaining 200 seats will be available on Thursday, May 12, 07:00 p.m. (CEST).
Players registered in the first and second waves must enter their Team List or Deck List (temporary) that they wish to use in the tournament on RK9 by Thursday, May 26, 11.59 p.m. CEST, otherwise the registration will be automatically cancelled.
All unconfirmed entries will be available again on RK9 on Friday, May 27, 07:00 p.m. CEST and in the following days in case of last-minute cancellations.
Then all players must submit their final Team List or Deck List by 7:30 a.m. CEST on Saturday, June 4.
In compliance with safety protocols related to COVID-19 of the Play! Pokémon program, players over the age of 12 will be required to present proof that they have completed their vaccination cycle and they must wear a FFP2 mask or higher type for the entire duration of the event. Attendees over the age of 18 (inclusive) who were unable to receive the third dose (booster) because they contracted COVID-19 must submit a specific event entry request to Play! Pokémon customer service before May 28. All details are available here.
Access to the venue will be allowed only to attendees who have properly registered online and to one designated guardian, just in the case the player is underage. There is no admission for the general public.
