DICE Awards 2021: Animal Crossing e Mario Kart Live tra i candidati

Se i The Game Awards hanno chiuso il 2020 decretando i migliori giochi dell’anno secondo pubblico e critica, i DICE Awards 2021 sono pronti ad aprire quello appena iniziato con un’altra serie di premi. Nelle scorse ore, infatti, i rappresentanti della Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences hanno pubblicato la lista dei finalisti che si contenderanno gli ambiti riconoscimenti.

Le opere virtuali in lizza sono ben 57, tra cui trovano spazio due esclusive Nintendo Switch. Si trattano di Animal Crossing: New Horizons (nelle categorie Game of the Year, Family Game of the Year e Online Game of the Year) e Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit nella categoria Immersive Reality Technical Achievement. Spiccano poi la pluripremiata esclusiva PlayStation 4 The Last of Us Parte II (con 11 nomination), Ghost of Tsushima (10) e Hades (8), seguiti da Ori and the Will of the Wisp con 5 nomination.
